Timesheet Accusations

Nearly 100 members have contacted Local 212 about a letter they recently received from the college, accusing them of not submitting timesheets and threatening disciplinary action. These letters were sent because of a glitch on the college's end and they have since admitted the error. If you received one of these letters, please remember that you are within your rights to follow up with Human Resources by requesting an opportunity to review your Personnel file. You always have that right, but given that the tone of these notices came as a flawed accusation, some may want to confirm that nothing that would create any negative history was added to their file.

The college is within its rights to ask that you schedule a meeting for such review of your file. You are entitled to make copies of anything you find that you believe is important. If you find that any documents have been placed in your file without your knowledge, please contact a Local 212 representative
