Compensation and Collaboration Resolution Announced at MATC Board Meeting March 22, 2022

Local 212 Executive Vice President Kevin Mulvenna spoke to the MATC board to confirm that they had received Local 212’s lengthy resolution concerning compensation and the recent loss of collaborative decision making in key areas of the college. The resolution is the result of several large meetings with represented employees and forms the basis of Local 212’s efforts for the near future. President Conley and Mulvenna created two drafts of comments and for several reasons (explained in comments) decided to deliver an abbreviated version which included a statement concerning the horrific events taking place in Ukraine.
