Local 212 has become aware of many employees receiving notice of being overpaid, and the college taking action to recover this overpayment. Local 212 is against this practice and believes it is unacceptable for employees to be paid incorrectly to begin with. If you have been overpaid, or underpaid, Local 212 would like to hear about it.
