Exercise Caution in Virtual Meetings

Is the administration playing "gotcha" again? Local 212 has become aware that the MATC Board's policy regarding the recording of virtual meetings has been ignored, and these recordings are being used in disciplinary, fact finding meetings by MATC's Labor Relations Department.

Be aware and be cautious about virtual meetings. If you linger at a meeting that seems like it has ended, there’s a good chance that it’s being recorded, whether you have been informed of that or not. If you believe that you have been surreptitiously recorded, please contact Local 212 leadership.
