Local 212's COPE Endorsed Governor Tony Evers

On July 18, Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers met with and took questions from Local 212 members and retirees, providing very many thoughtful answers. He also acknowledged and thanked everyone for their hard work and dedication to getting MATC's students thus far through the pandemic and emphasized the importance of MATC to the students and communities that we serve.

Tony comes from an education background, so he understands the challenges of students and educators. That's why Local 212's Committee on Political Education (COPE) has unanimously endorsed Tony Evers for re-election as Governor of Wisconsin.
